Inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988, the archaeological sites of Bat, al-Khutm and al-Ayn in Oman stand among the world's most intact settlements and burial grounds, offering rare insights into early Bronze Age communities. (Xinhua/Yang Yiran)
