CAIRO, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) -- Egypt received a batch of Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine donated by China on Tuesday.

In late January, Egypt launched a coronavirus vaccination campaign, and vaccinated the medical staff of quarantine hospitals.

The Egyptian citizens will register for COVID-19 vaccination from next week, giving priority to the elderly and patients with chronic diseases.
